Coverage by call type

Share of cohort who've practiced each
Breadth of practice — never a score.

Why these call types

These aren't a hunch — they're the encounters prehospital research consistently flags as the hardest to communicate through: psychiatric and mental-health crises (a large, rising share of EMS calls), pediatric emergencies, agitated or aggressive patients, and death notification.

Mental-health-related calls are reported among the most difficult paramedics face and now make up a significant, growing share of EMS volume; pediatric and end-of-life calls are widely cited as encounters responders feel least prepared for. Coverage shows you've practiced them before the field does.

Reflections across the cohort

The learning lives here — anonymous, never scored

Anonymous by design. You can see the cohort is reflecting and on which call types — never who wrote what. Identity is never attached to a reflection.

Repeat attempts

How a scenario behaves when a learner practices it again
Re-ask the baseline questions on every attempt

When on, a learner who practices the same scenario again answers the three “before” confidence questions fresh each time — giving you a clean pre/post data point per attempt, the right choice for research or accreditation. When off, repeat attempts carry the first run’s baseline forward and drop straight into the call, so practice feels faster and completion stays high.

Default is off — tuned for adoption and completion. Turn it on for cohorts enrolled in a study where re-measuring each attempt matters. Applies to this browser now; on the live platform it saves to your cohort.
